I'm David Poura. Before LV MVP I ran a Las Vegas portfolio of 250 houses and 500 apartments and directed every lease turnover. I built this company to be the vendor I wanted to hire: a real price before anyone shows up, photos when it's done, and a straight answer when a job needs a licensed contractor instead of us.
What we don't do
We are not a licensed contractor. Nevada limits us to repair and maintenance jobs under $1,000, and we stay inside that line: no plumbing, electrical or HVAC work, nothing that needs a permit, and no full unit turns. If your job is one of those, we'll tell you the same day and point you to a licensed company.
